Houghton Revisited, Norfolk

My husband and I;-) Duncan Kerridge were asked to photograph the launch of the Houghton Revisited Exhibition at Houghton Hall in Norfolk a couple of weeks ago. It was a last minute booking, with our break in Scotland coming up, you know how it goes. But we couldn’t miss this – it was amazing. If you’re thinking of going I suggest you stop thinking and go. So we were there to document the Opening Dinner on the Wednesday, and I went back the following day to photograph Prince Charles at the official opening. It’s funny, you never know where this work is going to take you, what an amazing couple of days. Thank you Sarah Softley for another Great Event, it was a privilege to work with you there! Dillon & Rowan’s photography, Norwich

Sometimes I’m very organised and manage to get two shoots in the diary within a few miles of each other in the diary…last weekend was one such rare occasion. I photographed the boys’ parents wedding day some years ago at Somerleyton Hall when Dillon was tiny, so it was lovely to see him now a growing boy, with a younger brother, bonus! They seem to be very different characters, and both extremely beautiful. So I wasn’t short of inspiration here. It was great to catch them playing with their favourite things (especially the trampoline/bed!) and being read to. Thank you guys for having me come and play! Enjoy these:
